If you need help now

This isn't the right place —
but here's where to go

Levamen is not a crisis service. Sessions are scheduled in advance and are not monitored in real time. If you are in danger, thinking about harming yourself, or need urgent help, please contact your local emergency number or a crisis line below rather than waiting for a session.

A note on confidentiality here

Levamen keeps what is said in a session confidential, with a small number of narrow exceptions: an imminent threat to life, a specific credible plan to harm another person, serious violent criminal activity, or a legal requirement to disclose. Outside of those situations, full confidentiality is maintained.
